My next thing is a spin on the Thomas parody classic Thomas Blows His Stack. Except now I have Billy in Thomas' stead. Why? Because he is an idiotic bastard.

In the original, after Thomas is killed off, Bulgy angrily demands to know why they killed Thomas. Saying "he owes me 20 bucks."
I'm having an international engine from the Great Race in his stead, so here are my joke ideas.
