My idea for how my idea of Jane The Red Engine would work in this alternate Thomas continuity. Essentially this incorporate's elements from 
's fanfiction.net series, Railway Series Evolution. Jane would essentially tkae up James' role as NWR number 5. As well as a tomboyish persona.
James himself would replace the second red engine (often called Eagle) as NWR number 16. This version of James would also be James' kinder side. Also being somewhat timid in part due to occasional mistreatment at the hands of his older sister Jane.
