Banks and Grisham is an American entertainment producer. Its primary revenues are animation, comic books, film, and video game development. It is particularly known for its video games; specifically the Private Bill games and many of the Super Mario franchise’s RPG. As well as comic books and a TV series based on the latter. It was founded in 1997 by Henry Banks and Matt Grisham. In modern times, it now owns among other companies, Nintendo of America, Retro studios, Big Idea Entertainment, Uncle Joe's Model Trains, Pentrex videos, and HiT Entertainment. It is also a charity organization, funding such humanitarian groups as the UNICEF. Its numerous business venture has made it the leader of a vast entertainment empire.
